The ACCC may revoke an Approved Independent Manager’s status as the Approved Independent Manager if the ACCC becomes aware that any information provided to it was incorrect, inaccurate or misleading.
Schedule 3 – Undertaking Appointment This form sets out the information required by the ACCC in relation to proposed appointment of the following positions under the Undertaking: Independent Manager; Independent Auditor; or Divestiture Agent; (the Undertaking Appointments).
