The Incapacity of a Non-Managing Member, in and of itself, shall not dissolve or terminate the Company.
Each Non-Managing Member shall not disclose or cause to be disclosed any Confidential Information to any other Person, except as otherwise required by any regulatory authority, law or regulation, or by legal process, without the prior written consent of the Managing Member.
