Scope of Work Documents. Means The documents referred to in Part I, Section 1.1.5 and annexed at Part V. “Shop Drawings” Means Drawings, diagrams, schedules and other data specially prepared for the Work by the Contractor or its Subcontractor, manufacturer, supplier or distributor to illustrate some portion of the Work. “SHPO” Means State Historic Preservation Officer. “Site” Means The Project Site and/or the Work Site, as the context may require. “Specific Terms and Conditions” Means Part I of this Contract. “State” Means The State of New York. “Subcontract(s)” Means Any agreement entered into by the Contractor with any Subcontractor (as defined herein) to provide any services, work, labor or Materials and Equipment in connection with the Contract or the Work. “Subcontractor(s)” Means Any person or entity including, without limitation, contractors, consultants and subcontractors of such persons or entities, but excluding Vendors, employed or retained by the Contractor to perform services, work or labor in connection with the Contract or the Work. “Subcontractor’s Final Releases” Means A form required for Final Payment, as described in Part II, Section 4.3 and annexed at Appendix F6.
Scope of Work Documents means all of the documents, collectively, listed in ARTICLE A-4 SCOPE OF WORK DOCUMENTS and any amendments thereto agreed upon between the Parties, and includes Schedule B – Scope of Work and all Site Instructions, Specifications, Drawings, Change Orders and Change Directives.
Scope of Work Documents means the Documents identified in Exhibit A.

  • Bid Milestone Schedule: Interim milestones, included in the Detailed Scope of Work Documents, which the Contractor utilizes to formulate the Baseline Schedule.

Related to Scope of Work Documents

  • Scope of Work means the description of Services and Deliverables specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Scope of Works means the sections of the RFQ detailing the technical requirements of the work to be carried out as existing at the Date of Acceptance of the Quotation and any modification of such Works thereafter directed or the use of which has been permitted by the Superintendent for the purposes of the Contract.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • The Work Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The Work order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.

  • Design Documents means, collectively and as applicable, the Conceptual Design Documents, Schematic Design Documents, the Design Development Documents and the Construction Documents prepared by the Trade Contractor.

  • Programme of work means the Programme of work submitted by the contractor and approved by the Engineer-in-charge and includes and amendment thereto made from time to time and approved by the Engineer-in-charge;

  • SOW means the document specifying, without limitation, the scope, objective, and time frame of the Work that Supplier will perform for Cisco.

  • Contract Documents means the documents listed in the Contract Agreement, including any amendments thereto.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Stop Work Order means the written Notice, delivered in accordance with this Agreement, by which the State may require the Contractor to stop all, or any part, of the Work of this Agreement, for the period set forth in the Stop Work Order. The Stop Work Order shall be specifically identified as such and shall indicate that it is issued pursuant to the Stop Work provision in this Exhibit B.

  • Quality Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 9.6.

  • Contractor Documents means one or more document, agreement or other instrument required by Contractor in connection with the performance of the products and services being purchased by the State, regardless of format, including the license agreement, end user license agreement or similar document, any hyperlinks to documents contained in the Contractor Documents, agreement or other instrument and any other paper or “shrinkwrap,” “clickwrap,” “browsewrap” or other electronic version thereof.

  • Design-Build Agreement means the design and construction agreement between Project Co and the Design-Builder, a certified copy of which has been delivered by Project Co to the Authority, as amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time in accordance with this Agreement;

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”

  • Supplier Agreement means this overarching agreement, consisting of these terms and conditions and any schedules to them, setting out the arrangements for management of the DPS, the process to apply when a Customer wishes to award Service Agreements via the DPS and the terms and conditions applicable to the carrying out of Service Agreements;

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • Completion of work means completion of the entire contracted work. Exhaustion of quantity of any particular item mentioned in the bid document shall not imply completion of work or any component thereof.

  • Schematic Design Documents means drawings prepared by the Trade Contractor that illustrate the scale and relationship of the various Trade Contractor Work components and which also contain square footage and volume calculations for the building interior spaces, building exterior spaces, and major architectural and interior finishes.

  • Construction Service Agreement means either an Interconnection Construction Service Agreement or an Upgrade Construction Service Agreement.
