The Schematic Design Documents shall establish the conceptual design of the Project and illustrate the scale and relationship of the Project components.
At completion of the Schematic Design Phase, Design Professional will submit Schematic Design Documents for Owner’s Project Manager’s review and comment, which Construction Contractor shall also review and comment upon.
