Relocation Space definition

Relocation Space means space to which Tenant must relocate a Retail Space or Storage Space at the request of the Commissioner after the Effective Date pursuant to Section 5.1.
Relocation Space has the meaning set forth in Section 5.32(b).
Relocation Space means the premises more particularly described on Exhibit “▇-▇” attached hereto, which is commonly known as Suite 200 in the Building.

Examples of Relocation Space in a sentence

  • From and after the date of the relocation, the Base Rent and Tenant’s Pro Rata Share shall be adjusted based on the rentable square footage of the Relocation Space.

  • From and after the date of the relocation, "Premises" shall refer to the Relocation Space into which Tenant has been moved and the Base Rent and Tenant's Pro Rata Share shall be adjusted based on the rentable square footage of the Relocation Space.

  • Landlord shall also reimburse Tenant for the reasonable cost to install and connect telecommunication and data cabling in the Relocation Space in the manner and to the extent such cabling existed in the Premises prior to the relocation.

  • From and after the date of the relocation, the Base Rent and Tenant's Pro Rata Share shall be adjusted based on the rentable square footage of the Relocation Space.

  • The Relocation Space shall be reasonably comparable to the Premises with respect to internal configuration, quality of finish and rentable square foot area (i.e., plus or minus ten (10%) percent).

  • If the County is temporarily moved to a Non-Board Relocation Space, the County shall reimburse the Board for the cost of the rent for such Non-Board Relocation Space (but in no event in excess of the Rental otherwise due under this Lease) and the Rental otherwise due under this Lease shall be waived until such time as the County is able to reoccupy the Leased Premises.

  • Such a relocation shall not terminate or otherwise affect or modify this Lease except that from and after the date of such relocation, "Premises" shall refer to the Relocation Space into which Tenant has been moved, rather than the original Premises as herein defined.

  • From and after the date of the relocation, the Fixed Basic Rent and Tenant’s Percentage will be adjusted based upon the gross rentable area of the Relocation Space; but in no event will the Fixed Basic Rent or Tenant’s Percentage increase as a result of such relocation.

  • If approved by the Commissioner, Tenant may use temporary or used fixtures, trade fixtures and equipment and is not required to install Improvements except to the extent necessary to make the temporary Relocation Space useable.

  • The Relocation Space must contain similar finishes as the Premises, and approximately the same Rentable Square Footage as the Premises and the same number of work stations, offices, breakrooms and reception areas as are contained in the Premises as of the date Tenant receives Landlord’s notice of relocation.


More Definitions of Relocation Space

Relocation Space means the Relocation Space as that term is defined in Section 44 hereof.
Relocation Space has the meaning set forth in Section 8.9(a).
Relocation Space is defined in Section 3.2 below.
Relocation Space means the leaseable space that is contiguous to the Original Premises commonly known as ▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. The term “Available” shall mean that the space in question is vacant and free and clear of all “Prior Rights” (defined below). The term “Prior Rights” shall mean rights of other parties, including without limitation, a lease, lease option, or option or other right of extension, renewal, expansion, refusal, negotiation or other right, either: (i) pursuant to any lease or written agreement which is entered into on or before the date Landlord receives Tenant’s Termination Notice; or (ii) pursuant to any extensions or renewal of any of the foregoing, whether or not set forth in such lease or written agreement, and Landlord shall be free at any time to enter such extension or renewal; or (iii) pursuant to any amendment or modification of any of the foregoing, and Landlord shall be free at any time to enter such amendment or modification.
