Examples of Original Premises in a sentence
The Expansion Space is subject to all the terms and conditions of the Lease except as expressly modified herein and except that Tenant shall not be entitled to receive any allowances, abatements or other financial concessions granted with respect to the Original Premises unless such concessions are expressly provided for herein with respect to the Expansion Space.
The Original Premises are more particularly described in the Lease.
In addition to the Original Premises, commencing on the Expansion Premises Commencement Date (as defined below), Landlord leases to Tenant, and Tenant leases from Landlord, the Expansion Premises.
No holding over by Tenant in the Original Premises or payments of money by Tenant to Landlord after the Original Premises Vacation Date shall be construed to prevent Landlord from recovery of immediate possession of the Original Premises by summary proceedings or otherwise.
Upon any such relocation the Tenant shall enter into an amendment to this Lease confirming such relocation, but the Tenant’s failure to enter into such amendment shall not affect in any manner the relocation of the Premises demised under this Lease from the Original Premises to the Relocated Premises.
