Original Premises means the Land and the Original Building.

Examples of Original Premises in a sentence

• The Expansion Space is subject to all the terms and conditions of the Lease except as expressly modified herein and except that Tenant shall not be entitled to receive any allowances, abatements or other financial concessions granted with respect to the Original Premises unless such concessions are expressly provided for herein with respect to the Expansion Space.

• The Original Premises are more particularly described in the Lease.

• In addition to the Original Premises, commencing on the Expansion Premises Commencement Date (as defined below), Landlord leases to Tenant, and Tenant leases from Landlord, the Expansion Premises.

• No holding over by Tenant in the Original Premises or payments of money by Tenant to Landlord after the Original Premises Vacation Date shall be construed to prevent Landlord from recovery of immediate possession of the Original Premises by summary proceedings or otherwise.

More Definitions of Original Premises

Original Premises means the “Premises” on the 23rd and 24th floors at the Building being licensed under the License Agreement immediately prior to the date hereof, as described in the opening Recital paragraph above, stipulated to contain 46,115 square feet of rentable area.

Original Premises. The area indicated on Exhibit A hereto on the seventeenth (17th) floor (Suites 1700, 1710, 1720, 1722 and 1725) of the Building, deemed to consist of 21,008 square feet of Rentable Area, provided that for purposes of calculating Tenant’s Proportionate Share, the Rentable Area of the Original Premises shall be deemed to be 14,417 square feet (i.e., the actual Rentable Area of the Original Premises less the Rentable Area of the Reduction Space).

Original Premises consists of all of the rentable area on floors 3, 4, and 5 of the Building, as shown on Exhibit A-1 (pages A-1-ii, A-1-iii and A-1-iv) to this Lease and a 3,255 RSF portion of the 9,260 RSF area on the 1st floor of the Building shown on Exhibit A-1 (page A-1-i) to this Lease; the "First Additional Premises" consists of a 6,005 RSF portion of the 9,260 RSF area on the 1st floor of the Building shown on Exhibit A-1 (page A-1-i) to this Lease. The "Rentable Square Footage of the Premises" is approximately 135,727 RSF, comprised of approximately 129,722 RSF in the Original Premises (consisting of approximately 126,467 RSF on Floors 3, 4 and 5 and approximately 3,255 RSF on the first Floor of the Building) and approximately 6,005 RSF in the First Additional Premises. If the Premises include, now or hereafter, one or more floors in their entirety, all corridors and restroom facilities located on such full floor(s) (but not partial floors) shall be considered part of the Premises. Common Area corridors and restroom facilities located on partial floors leased by Tenant shall not be included in the Premises, though they shall be available for use by Tenant in accordance with this Lease.
