Effective as of the October 21, 2009 (the “Additional Premises Commencement Date”), the Rentable Area of the Premises (as set forth in Section 2.2 of the Lease) is hereby increased by one thousand one hundred forty-one (1,141) rentable square feet, resulting in a new total Rentable Area of Premises of ten thousand four hundred three (10,403) rentable square feet.
