SEC Filings has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6.

SEC Filings means the Trust’s registration statement and amendments thereto and any periodic reports relating to the Trust and its Portfolios that are required by law to be furnished to shareholders of the Trust and/or filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

More Definitions of SEC Filings

SEC Filings means any filings made by the Company with the Commission.

SEC Filings means the Company’s Exchange Act disclosures documents filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Forms 8K, 10K or 10Q (or their equivalents).

SEC Filings shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(h).
