SEC Filings has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6.
SEC Filings means the Trust’s registration statement and amendments thereto and any periodic reports relating to the Trust and its Portfolios that are required by law to be furnished to shareholders of the Trust and/or filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

SEC Filings means all reports, schedules, forms, statements and other documents filed or required to be filed by the Company with the SEC pursuant to the requirements of the Securities Act or the Exchange Act, including material filed pursuant to Section 13(a) or 15(c) of the Exchange Act, in each case, together with all exhibits, supplements, amendments and schedules thereto, and all documents incorporated by reference therein.
