SEC Filings definition

SEC Filings has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6.

SEC Filings means the Trust’s registration statement and amendments thereto and any periodic reports relating to the Trust and its Portfolios that are required by law to be furnished to shareholders of the Trust and/or filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Examples of SEC Filings in a sentence

• The Company is engaged in all material respects only in the business described in the SEC Filings and the SEC Filings contain a complete and accurate description in all material respects of the business of the Company.

SEC Filings means any filings made by the Company with the Commission.
