Subsequent Disclosure Documents definition

Subsequent Disclosure Documents means any financial statements, management’s discussion and analysis, information circulars, annual information forms, material change reports (other than confidential material change reports), business acquisition reports or other documents issued by the Corporation after the Execution Time which are, or are deemed to be, pursuant to applicable Securities Laws, incorporated by reference into the Final Prospectuses or any Prospectus Amendment;
Subsequent Disclosure Documents means any financial statements, management proxy circulars, annual information forms, material change reports, filings with the SEC or other documents issued by BIP after the date of this Agreement which are incorporated by reference into the Supplemented Canadian Prospectus or the U.S. Prospectus;
Subsequent Disclosure Documents means any filings with the SEC after the date of this Agreement which are incorporated by reference into the Registration Statement;

  • The Company shall also prepare and deliver promptly to the Underwriters copies of all Supplementary Material and of all Subsequent Disclosure Documents, signed and certified as applicable.

Subsequent Disclosure Documents means any financial statements, information circulars, annual information forms, material change reports, press releases, management's discussion and analyses, business acquisition reports or other documents filed by the Trust after the date of this agreement and before the end of the Distribution Period which are, or are deemed to be, incorporated by reference into the Preliminary Prospectus, the Prospectus or any Prospectus Amendment;
Subsequent Disclosure Documents means any financial statements, management proxy circulars, annual information forms, material change reports, or other documents issued by BIPC and BIP after the date of this Agreement which are incorporated by reference into the Supplemented Prospectus;
