Subsequent Disclosure Documents means any financial statements, management’s discussion and analysis, information circulars, annual information forms, material change reports (other than confidential material change reports), business acquisition reports or other documents issued by the Corporation after the Execution Time which are, or are deemed to be, pursuant to applicable Securities Laws, incorporated by reference into the Final Prospectuses or any Prospectus Amendment;

  • The Trust shall from time to time deliver to the Underwriters as soon as practicable at the offices in the cities of Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto and Montreal designated by the Underwriters the number of copies of documents incorporated, or containing information incorporated, by reference in the Preliminary Prospectus, the Prospectus, and of any Subsequent Disclosure Documents or any Prospectus Amendment, which the Underwriters may from time to time request.

  • The Company shall also prepare and deliver promptly to the Underwriters copies of all Supplementary Material and of all Subsequent Disclosure Documents, signed and certified as applicable.

  • Concurrently with the delivery of any Supplementary Material or the incorporation by reference in the Amended and Restated Prospectus of any Subsequent Disclosure Document, the Company shall delivery to the Agent, with respect to such Supplementary Material or Subsequent Disclosure Documents, comfort leters substantially similar to the letters referred to in Section 5(a)(iv).
