Public Disclosure Documents definition

Public Disclosure Documents means, collectively, all of the documents which have been filed by or on behalf of the Borrower with the relevant Securities Regulators pursuant to the requirements of Securities Laws, including all documents publicly available on the Borrower’s SEDAR profile.
Public Disclosure Documents means, collectively, all of the documents which have been filed by or on behalf of the Company during the three year period prior to the Closing Date with the relevant Securities Regulators pursuant to the requirements of Applicable Securities Laws, including all documents filed on SEDAR at w▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ and all documents filed on the Company’s website during such period.
Public Disclosure Documents means, collectively, all of the documents which have been filed by or on behalf of the Purchaser in the 24 months prior to the date hereof with the relevant Securities Regulators pursuant to the requirements of Securities Laws and filed on SEDAR at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇;
