Offering Documents means the Canadian Offering Documents and the U.S. Offering Documents;

Offering Documents means, collectively, the Preliminary Prospectus, the Amended Preliminary Prospectus, the Final Prospectus, any Prospectus Amendment, any Supplementary Material, the U.S. Placement Memorandum, if any, and any U.S. Supplementary Material;
Offering Documents means, as applicable the Registration Statement, prospectus, offering memorandum, statement of additional information, and any other offering documentation of the Funds, as supplemented, updated or amended from time to time.
