Offering Documents definition

Offering Documents means the Canadian Offering Documents and the U.S. Offering Documents;
Offering Documents means the Preliminary Prospectus, the Final Prospectus, any Supplementary Material and, if applicable, the U.S. Private Placement Memorandum;

Offering Documents means, as applicable the Registration Statement, prospectus, offering memorandum, statement of additional information, and any other offering documentation of the Funds, as supplemented, updated or amended from time to time.
