Ruling Documents definition

Ruling Documents means the Ruling and the Ruling Request.
Ruling Documents means (i) the request for a Ruling filed with the IRS, together with any supplemental filings or other materials subsequently submitted on behalf of Dell Technologies, its subsidiaries and shareholders to the IRS, the appendices and exhibits thereto, and any Ruling issued by the IRS to Dell Technologies (or any Dell Technologies Affiliate) in connection with a Distribution and (ii) any similar filings submitted to, or rulings issued by, any other Taxing Authority in connection with a Distribution.
Ruling Documents means the Ruling Request, the appendices, attachments and exhibits thereto, and any additional or supplemental information submitted to the IRS in connection with the Ruling Request and the Tax Ruling.

Ruling Documents means the Private Letter Ruling, plus all of the materials submitted to the Service in connection with obtaining such ruling.

Ruling Documents means (i) the request for the Initial IRS Ruling, filed with the IRS in connection with the Separation and Distribution, together with any supplemental filings or requests for Supplemental Ruling or other materials subsequently submitted on behalf of Equifax, its subsidiaries and shareholders to the IRS, the appendices and exhibits thereto, and any rulings issued by the IRS to Equifax in connection with the Separation and Distribution or (ii) any similar filings submitted to, or rulings issued by, any other Tax Authority in connection with the Separation or Distribution.
Ruling Documents means the Ruling, the Request for Rulings dated March 11, 2003, submitted on behalf of Parent to the IRS, the appendices and exhibits thereto, and any additional materials submitted at any time on behalf of Parent to the IRS in connection with such Request for Rulings.
