More Definitions of Disclosure Documents

Disclosure Documents means, collectively, (a) all confidential information memoranda and related materials prepared in connection with the syndication of the credit facilities and (b) all other documents filed by any Group Member with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.
Disclosure Documents means, collectively and as applicable, any offering circular, prospectus, prospectus supplement, private placement memorandum or other offering document, in each case, in connection with a Securitization.

Disclosure Documents means, collectively, any written materials used or provided to any prospective investors and/or the Rating Agencies in connection with any public offering or private placement in connection with a Securitization (including, without limitation, a prospectus, prospectus supplement, private placement memorandum, offering memorandum, offering circular, term sheet, road show presentation materials or other offering documents, marketing materials or information provided to prospective investors), in each case in preliminary or final form and including any amendments, supplements, exhibits, annexes and other attachments thereto.
Disclosure Documents means any registration statement (including any registration statement on Form 10) filed with the Commission by or on behalf of any Party or any of its controlled Affiliates, and also includes any information statement, prospectus, offering memorandum, offering circular (including franchise offering circular or any similar disclosure statement) or similar disclosure document, whether or not filed with the Commission or any other Governmental Entity, which offers for sale or registers the Transfer or distribution of any security of such Party or any of its controlled Affiliates.
Disclosure Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1(w) hereof.
