Documents Incorporated by Reference means all interim and annual financial statements, management’s discussion and analysis, business acquisition reports, management information circulars, annual information forms, material change reports, Marketing Documents and other documents that are or are required by Applicable Securities Laws to be incorporated by reference into the Offering Documents, as applicable;
Documents Incorporated by Reference means all financial statements, management’s discussion and analysis, management information circulars, annual information forms, material change reports, business acquisition reports, marketing materials or other documents issued by the Corporation, whether before or after the date of this Agreement, that are required or deemed by applicable Canadian Securities Laws to be incorporated by reference into the Prospectus or any Supplementary Material;
Documents Incorporated by Reference means all financial statements, management information circulars, annual information forms, material change reports, business acquisition reports or other documents issued by the Company on SEDAR and ▇▇▇▇▇, whether before or after the date of this Underwriting Agreement, that are incorporated by reference, or deemed to be incorporated by reference, into the Preliminary Prospectus, the Amended Preliminary Prospectus, the Final Prospectus and any Supplementary Material;

Documents Incorporated by Reference. The Company shall supply the Agents with an adequate supply of all documents incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement and the Prospectus.
