Documents Incorporated by Reference means all financial statements, management’s discussion and analysis, management information circulars, annual information forms, material change reports, business acquisition reports, marketing materials or other documents issued by the Corporation, whether before or after the date of this Agreement, that are required or deemed by applicable Canadian Securities Laws to be incorporated by reference into the Prospectus or any Supplementary Material;
Documents Incorporated by Reference means all financial statements, management information circulars, annual information forms, material change reports, business acquisition reports or other documents issued by the Company on SEDAR and XXXXX, whether before or after the date of this Underwriting Agreement, that are incorporated by reference, or deemed to be incorporated by reference, into the Preliminary Prospectus, the Amended Preliminary Prospectus, the Final Prospectus and any Supplementary Material;
