REMIC Documents definition

REMIC Documents. The document or documents creating and governing the administration of a REMIC.
REMIC Documents. The document or documents creating and governing the administration of a EMIC.
REMIC Documents. The document or documents creating and governing the administration of a REMIC to which any of the Mortgage Loans are subject as a result of a Pass-Through Transfer.

Related to REMIC Documents

  • Basic Documents means this Agreement, the Certificate of Trust, the Trust Agreement, the Purchase Agreement, the Indenture, the Asset Representations Review Agreement, the Underwriting Agreement and other documents and certificates delivered in connection therewith.

  • Noteholder Documents means (a) the Indenture, the Notes and the Noteholder Collateral Documents and (b) any other related document or instrument executed and delivered pursuant to any Noteholder Document described in clause (a) above evidencing or governing any Obligations thereunder.

  • L/C Documents means the Letters of Credit, any draft or other document presented in connection with a drawing thereunder, the Applications and this Agreement.

  • Depositor’s Formation Documents means the Certificate of Formation of Nissan Auto Leasing LLC II, dated as of October 24, 2001 and the Limited Liability Company Agreement of Nissan Auto Leasing LLC II, dated as of October 29, 2001.

  • Securitization Documents means all documentation relating to any Permitted Securitization.
