PROJECT ACCESS. In order to enable COUNTY to confirm CONSULTANT’s compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, CONSULTANT shall provide COUNTY, and any and all duly authorized representatives thereof, access to all work sites and any other areas associated with the services provided hereunder.
