Procurement Manual definition

Procurement Manual means the manual dated April 29, 2010, satisfactory to the Bank, which sets out the procurement arrangements for Project, policies and procedures, and internal controls, as such manual may be amended from time to time in agreement with the Association.
Procurement Manual means the processes, protocols, and best practices document maintained by the Procurement Section;
