Works and Services definition

Works and Services collectively mean those types of works and services performance and rendering of which by the Subcontractor within the scope of Tasks/Projects is available by means and with help of the Solar Staff Service. The list of Works and Services available for performance and rendering is communicated to the Subcontractor by means of the Personal Profile in the Solar Staff Service. посредством Личного Кабинета в Сервисе Solar Staff. "Работы и Услуги" совместно означают те виды работ и услуг, выполнение и оказание которых Субподрядчиком в рамках Заданий/Проектов доступно посредством и с помощью Сервиса Solar Staff. Перечень доступных для выполнения и оказания Работ и Услуг доводится до сведения Субподрядчика посредством Личного Кабинета в Сервисе Solar Staff.

Works and Services means any public service, facility or utility which is required or regulated by this Bylaw and without restricting the generality of the foregoing includes: the supply and distribution of water; collection and disposal of sanitary sewage and drainage water; street lighting; highways, access roadways, curbs, gutters, and sidewalks; and natural gas, power, telephone and cablevision services.

Works and Services means the streets, drainage, water and sewer systems, fire hydrants, boulevard crossings, transit bays, the sidewalks, boulevards, street lighting, underground wiring, public utilities, or any other works to be provided for in a subdivision of land under this Bylaw;

• The procedures for making Procurement-related Complaints shall be specified in the TDS.SECTION III - TENDER DATA SHEET (TDS) The following specific data for the Works and Services to be procured shall complement, supplement, or amend the provisions in the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT).

Works and Services means the activities to be performed by Acuitas or Omega, as applicable, pursuant to the Workplan.

Works and Services means and includes anything and everything required to be done for the provision of Highways, Water Systems, Sanitary Sewer Systems, Drainage Systems, Electrical Systems, and such other infrastructure or systems as are required by this Bylaw in connection with the Subdivision or Development of land; and

Works and Services means any public service, facility or utility which is required by this bylaw, including: the supply and distribution of water for domestic use and firefighting; collection and disposal of sanitary sewage; collection and disposal of rainwater and other waters; grading, erosion and sediment control; street lighting; Highways; Roadways; retaining walls; curbs; gutters; Sidewalks; traffic control signs and devices; Roadway markings; Landscaping.

Works and Services means all those works and services required to be provided in connection with the subdivision [or development] of the Lands under the Subdivision and Development Servicing Bylaw and, without limitation, includes those works and services described in the design and construction drawings that are listed in Schedule “B” to this Agreement (the “Approved Drawings”).

Works and Services means all public services, facilities and utilities which are required to be designed, constructed and installed as a condition of subdivision or other development approval and without limitation includes: highways, highway lighting, underground wiring and civil ductworks, concrete curbs, gutters and sidewalks, decorative sidewalks, boulevards, boulevard crossings, street trees, water distribution system, fire hydrant system, sanitary sewage collection system, drainage collection and disposal system, traffic control signs and devices, roadway markings, landscaping and the supply and distribution of electrical power, telephone, gas and cablevision;;

Works and Services means the facilities such as roads, accesses or utilities required to be provided under this Bylaw at the time of subdivision or development.
