Operational Manual means the Recipient’s manual dated September 18, 2008, acceptable to the World Bank, which sets forth, inter alia: (a) the structures, functions and responsibilities of the PIU; (b) the Project’s chart of accounts and internal controls; (c) the format of: (A) the unaudited interim financial reports referred to in Section II.
