Operational Manual means the manual referred to in Section I.C of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

More Definitions of Operational Manual

Operational Manual means the manual referred to in Section I.A.2 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, dated April 15, 2009, as said manual may be amended from time to time with the Bank’s prior approval.
