The Federation PCU and the RS PCU shall have responsibility for procurement and financial management activities of Part 1 of the Project according to the arrangements and procedures set out in the Procurement Plan and the Operational Manual.

More Definitions of Operational Manual

Operational Manual means the Borrower’s manual, acceptable to the Bank, set forth in Section I.B.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as the same may be amended and supplemented from time to time with the agreement of the Bank.
