Policies and Plans definition

Policies and Plans means Council’s published or to be published policies and plans which may be amended from time to time, including those published on xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxx.xx
Policies and Plans means all requirements, policies, procedures, guidelines, rules and plans of the Principal as may be from time to time, including any Policies and Plans set out or referenced in the Quotation Form.
Policies and Plans means the Tenderer’s Health and Safety Plan, Project Quality Plan and Inspection and Test Plans respectively which must be submitted with a Tenderer’s Tender.

More Definitions of Policies and Plans

Policies and Plans means all requirements, policies, procedures, guidelines and plans of the Principal as may be from time to time, including any Policies and Plans set out or referenced in the Quotation Form. ‘Price’ means the sum stated in the Quotation Form and comprises either a Lump Sum Fixed Fee or a Schedule of Rates or a combination of these. ‘Principal’ means the Gold Coast City Council ABN 84 858 548 460 of 8 Xxxx Court, Bundall Queensland 4217.
Policies and Plans means Council’s published policies and plans which may be amended from time to time, including those published on xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxx.xx/xxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxx.  Price means the rates or prices specified in the Respondent’s Offer for which the Respondent offers to carry out the Supply. All Prices in the Respondent’s Offer must be GST exclusive.
Policies and Plans means MBI‟s published or to be published policies and plans which may be amended from time to time, or any policies and plans required to be prepared by the Consultant pursuant to the Contract, including but not limited to those concerning: (a) its operations; (b) environment; (c) health and safety; (d) employment and industrial relations; (e) quality assurance; (f) cultural heritage; (g) community; and (g) code of conduct. Pre-Start Meeting means the meeting referred to in clause 1A.
Policies and Plans means the Customer’s policies and procedures in place from time to time, including the Customer’s Safety Management System and the Customer’s environmental and land access policies and procedures. Price means the price stated in the Purchase Order that is payable for the corresponding Goods or Services.

  • Policies and Procedures means the written policies and procedures of the Client in any way related to the Services, including any such policies and procedures contained in the Organic Documents and the Offering Documents.

  • Construction Plans means plans, drawings, specifications and related documents, and construction schedules for the construction of the Work, together with all supplements, amendments or corrections approved by the City in accordance with the Municipal Code and this Agreement.

  • Servicer Policies and Practices means, with respect to the Servicer’s duties under Exhibit A to the Servicing Agreement, the policies and practices of the Servicer applicable to such duties that the Servicer follows with respect to comparable assets that it services for itself and, if applicable, others.

  • Health and Welfare Plans means any plan, fund or program which was established or is maintained for the purpose of providing for its participants or their beneficiaries, through the purchase of insurance or otherwise, medical (including PPO, EPO and HDHP coverages), dental, prescription, vision, short-term disability, long-term disability, life and AD&D, employee assistance, group legal services, wellness, cafeteria (including premium payment, health flexible spending account and dependent care flexible spending account components), travel reimbursement, transportation, or other benefits in the event of sickness, accident, disability, death or unemployment, or vacation benefits, apprenticeship or other training programs or day care centers, scholarship funds, or prepaid legal services, including any such plan, fund or program as defined in Section 3(1) of ERISA.

  • Statutory Plans means statutory benefit plans which a Party and any of its Subsidiaries are required to participate in or comply with, including any benefit plan administered by any federal or provincial Governmental Entity and any benefit plans administered pursuant to applicable health, Tax, workplace safety insurance, and employment insurance Laws;

  • Retirement Plans means the retirement income, supplemental executive retirement, excess benefits and retiree medical, life and similar benefit plans providing retirement perquisites, benefits and service credit for benefits at least as great in value in the aggregate as are payable thereunder prior to a Change in Control.

  • Implementation Plan means the schedule included in the Statement of Work setting forth the sequence of events for the performance of Services under the Statement of Work, including the Milestones and Milestone Dates.

  • Company Benefit Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16(a).
