Parent Plans definition

Parent Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(c).

More Definitions of Parent Plans

Parent Plans has the meaning given such term in Section 4.9(a) of this Agreement.

Parent Plans means all “employee benefit plans,” as defined in Section 3(3) of ERISA, maintained in the United States with respect to the locations at which the Continuing Employees are employed (all of the above being hereinafter individually or collectively referred to as “Parent Plan” or “Parent Plans,” respectively).
