Environmental Guidelines means, with respect to the Investment Project and the Project Enterprise: (i) the General Environmental, Health and Safety Guidelines of the World Bank Group; and (ii) the Industry Sector Guidelines specified in Annex 4A, in each case as in effect on the Effective Date.
