Current Market means the current market price.
Current Market means, as of any date of determination, the Principal Market on which the shares of common stock of the Parent are then listed, traded and quoted.
Current Market means The Nasdaq Capital Market.

Current Market means, as of any date of determination, the Principal Market on which the shares of common stock of Parent are then listed, traded and quoted.
Current Market. Price" per share of Common Stock on any date shall be deemed to be the average of the daily closing prices per share of such Common Stock for the ten (10) consecutive Trading Days immediately following such date; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that in the event that the Current Market Price per share of Common Stock is determined during a period following the announcement by the issuer of the Common Stock of (A) any dividend or distribution on such Common Stock, payable in shares of such Common Stock or securities convertible into shares of such Common Stock (other than the Rights), or (B) any subdivision, combination or reclassification of such Common Stock, and the ex-dividend date for such dividend or distribution, or the record date for such subdivision, combination or reclassification shall not have occurred prior to the commencement of the requisite thirty (30) Trading Day period or ten (10) Trading Day period, as set forth above, then, and in each such case, the "Current Market Price" shall be properly adjusted to take into account ex- dividend trading. The closing price for each day shall be the last sale price, regular way, or, in case no such sale takes place on such day, the average of the closing bid and asked prices, regular way, in either case as reported in the principal consolidated transaction reporting system with respect to securities listed or admitted to trading on the New York Stock Exchange or, if the shares of Common Stock are not listed or admitted to trading on the New York Stock Exchange, as reported in the principal consolidated transaction reporting system with respect to securities listed on the principal national securities exchange on which the shares of Common Stock are listed or admitted to trading or, if the shares of Common Stock are not listed or admitted to trading on any national securities exchange, the last quoted price or, if not so quoted, the average of the high bid and low asked prices in the over-the-counter market, as reported by the Nasdaq National Market ("NASDAQ") or such other system then in use, or, if on any such date the shares of Common Stock are not quoted by any such system, the average of the closing bid and asked prices as furnished by a professional market maker making a market in the Common Stock selected by the Board of Directors of the Corporation. Current Market. Value" of the FreeStar Common Stock as of a particular date shall mean the average of the price of a share of FreeStar Common Stock, determined on the basis of the last reported sales price on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board for the ten (10) consecutive trading days preceding such date (the "Measurement Days"); or, if such shares are not traded on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board, the Current Market Value will be determined by an independent reputable valuation and appraisal company mutually agreed upon by FreeStar and the Seller Representative (which appraiser shall be instructed to disregard any minority interest discount), and if no agreement can be reached within a 30-day period, by the average of the two Current Market Values as determined by independent reputable valuation and appraisal companies retained by each of FreeStar and the Seller Representative; provided, however, that the aggregate fees and expenses of any such independent valuation and appraisal company or companies shall be shared evenly between FreeStar, on the one hand, and the applicable indemnifying Seller(s).

Current Market means, in respect of an Ordinary Share at a particular price" date, the average of the middle market quotations published in the Stock Exchange Daily Official List for one Ordinary Share (being an Ordinary Share carrying full entitlement to dividend) for the five consecutive dealing days ending on the dealing day immediately preceding such date PROVIDED THAT if during some part of the said five dealing day period the Ordinary Shares shall have been quoted ex-dividend and during some other part of that period the Ordinary Shares shall have been quoted cum-dividend then:
Current Market. Current Market Value" shall be the mean of the averages of the high and Value low and opening and closing prices on the New York Stock Exchange (or such other exchange on which such shares are then listed, hereinafter referred to as the "Exchange") of Xxxxxx Holdings Shares on each trading day during the 20 consecutive trading days in the Valuation Period which yield the highest such averages for any such 20 consecutive trading day period within the Valuation Period. "Valuation Period" means (i) with respect to a payment at the Maturity Date, the 60-day trading period preceding the Maturity Date, and (ii) with respect to an Automatic Extinguishment of the CVRs or an Early Redemption, the period of time after the effective time (the "Effective Time") of the merger and scheme of arrangement (the "Merger") between Xxxxxx and Terra Nova, and the Maturity Date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in computing Current Market Value for purposes of an Early Redemption or the Automatic Extinguishment, no such 20 consecutive day period may be included in which Xxxxxx Holdings or certain of its affiliates purchased Xxxxxx Holdings Shares (other than with respect to employee benefit plans and other incentive arrangements in the ordinary course of business and other than purchases in compliance with Rule 10b-18 promulgated under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended).
Current Market. Price" of the Common Shares at any date means the simple average of the closing trading price per share for such shares for the 20 consecutive Trading Days immediately preceding such date on The Toronto Stock Exchange or, if on such date the Common Shares are not listed on The Toronto Stock Exchange, on such stock exchange upon which such shares are listed and as selected by the directors (provided that if on any day in such 20 Trading Day period no closing price per share is reported by such exchange, the average of the reported closing bid and ask prices on such exchange shall be deemed to be the closing price per share for such day), or, if such shares are not listed on any stock exchange, then on such over-the-counter market as may be selected for such purpose by the directors;
