Parking Garage Parcel definition

Parking Garage Parcel means that portion of the Real Property more particularly described in EXHIBIT D, which includes without limitation, the La Petite Parcel. Permitted Exceptions. The term "Permitted Exceptions" shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 6.01.
Parking Garage Parcel means that portion of the Real Property more particularly described in SCHEDULE 5; provided, however, the description on said Schedule shall be deemed to be amended for purposes of this Agreement to reflect the description for such property on the Initialed Title Commitment and the Survey.
Parking Garage Parcel will mean the legal parcel upon which the Parking Garage is located.
