Operator Lease definition

Operator Lease means a lease by [Borrower OR Master Tenant] to Operator providing for the operation of the Healthcare Facility.

Operator Lease means any lease now or hereafter entered into by Borrower and Operator, or any sublease now or hereafter entered into by any Master Tenant and Operator providing for the operation of the Healthcare Facility.

Operator Lease means a lease by Borrower or Master Tenant (if, at the time, the Healthcare Facility is included in a Master Lease), to Operator providing for the operation of the Healthcare Facility.
