Lease definition

Lease means any and all leases, subleases, licenses or other occupancy agreements, sale/leaseback arrangements or similar arrangements.
Lease means a transfer of the right to possession and use of goods for a term in return for consideration, but a sale, including a sale on approval or a sale or return, or retention or creation of a security interest is not a lease. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the term includes a sublease.
Lease means the lease or leases described in Schedule 4.7 attached hereto and made a part hereof.

Examples of Lease in a sentence

  • On each Basic Rent Date during the Lease Term, Lessee shall pay Basic Rent to Lessor in advance.

  • Lessee will provide insurance coverage for the duration of such storage period equivalent to that provided by the policies required under this Agreement during the Lease Term.

  • On the Delivery Date, all assignable or transferable Manufacturer, Engine Manufacturer, or any other maintenance provider or vendor warranties with respect to the Aircraft are hereby made available by Lessor to Lessee for the duration of the Lease Term, without warranty by Lessor as to the enforceability of any of the rights so made available.

  • Lessor shall lease the Aircraft to Lessee, and Lessee shall take the Aircraft on lease, in accordance with this Agreement and the other Transaction Documents for the duration of the Lease Term.

Lease means each existing or future lease, sublease, license, or other agreement under the terms of which any Person has or acquires any right to occupy or use any Property of the Borrower or any Subsidiary, or any part thereof, or interest therein, as the same may be amended, supplemented or modified.
