On each Basic Rent Date during the Lease Term, Lessee shall pay Basic Rent to Lessor in advance.
Lessee will provide insurance coverage for the duration of such storage period equivalent to that provided by the policies required under this Agreement during the Lease Term.
On the Delivery Date, all assignable or transferable Manufacturer, Engine Manufacturer, or any other maintenance provider or vendor warranties with respect to the Aircraft are hereby made available by Lessor to Lessee for the duration of the Lease Term, without warranty by Lessor as to the enforceability of any of the rights so made available.
Lessor shall lease the Aircraft to Lessee, and Lessee shall take the Aircraft on lease, in accordance with this Agreement and the other Transaction Documents for the duration of the Lease Term.
The Agreement provides for the execution and delivery of a Lease Supplement substantially in the form hereof for the purpose of leasing the Aircraft described below under the Agreement as and when delivered by Lessor to Lessee in accordance with the terms thereof.
