Ground Lessor definition

Ground Lessor means, as to any Site, the “lessor,” “sublessor,” “landlord,” “licensor,” “sublicensor” or similar Person under the related Ground Lease.
Ground Lessor means each lessor that has executed a Ground Lease (collectively, the “Ground Lessors”).
Ground Lessor means the lessor under the Ground Lease.

  • If any Ground Lessor shall deliver to Administrative Agent a copy of any notice of default under a Ground Lease, Administrative Agent shall have the right to rely upon such notice and shall be fully protected in acting (or refraining from acting) on the information contained therein.
