Operational Schedules definition

Operational Schedules means the Operational Schedules set out in Schedule 7 of the Access Arrangement; Out-of -Specification Gas has the meaning given to that term in clause 10.2; Overrun means, in respect of a Haulage Reference Service, the withdrawal by or on behalf of the User at a Delivery Point of a Quantity of Gas exceeding the MHQ in any Hour or the MDQ on any Day for that Delivery Point; Party means a party to this Agreement; Personal Information has the meaning given in the applicable Privacy Laws; Pipelines means the Moomba-Sydney Pipeline, the EGP, the Camden Gas Pipeline and any other Gas works connecting to the Network upstream of any Receipt Point; PJ means one petajoule and is equal to one thousand TJ; POTS means packaged off-take station; Primary Measurement means the direct or inferential measurement of a mass or volumetric flow at Network conditions; Privacy Laws means the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and any other applicable laws, including codes or other instruments made, approved or issued under such laws governing the handling of Personal Information;

Related to Operational Schedules

  • Service Schedules has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Schedules means the document(s) entitled schedules, completed by the Contractor and submitted with the Letter of Tender, as included in the Contract. Such document may include the Bills of Quantities, data, lists, and schedules of rates and/or prices.

  • Tariff Schedule means the tariff schedule contained in Annexure B to this Access Arrangement or, if Envestra has published a revised tariff schedule, the tariff schedule in effect from time to time.

  • Time Schedule means the Time Schedule for final completion of the Works or Mechanical Completion of the Plant(s)/Unit(s) as the case may be, incorporated in the Contract or as may be extended by the OWNER or Engineer-in-Charge pursuant to the provisions hereof and shall include interim time schedules set up for achieving interim/phase-wise/stage-wise progress/completion/testing/commissioning/handing over, as may be prescribed by the OWNER/Engineer-in-Charge, within the overall Time Schedule as originally envisaged or as extended.

  • Shift Schedule means a projection of Employees’ shifts with regard to days worked and days off, including shift starting and terminating times.

  • Disclosure Schedules means the Disclosure Schedules of the Company delivered concurrently herewith.

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • Reference Schedule means the reference schedule in Part A of this Invitation

Except as otherwise specified or limited herein, references to any Person include the successors and assigns of such Person. References “from” or “through” any date mean, unless otherwise specified, “from and including” or “through and including”, respectively. Unless otherwise specified herein, the settlement of all payments and fundings hereunder between or among the parties hereto shall be made in lawful money of the United States and in immediately available funds. References to any statute or act shall include all related current regulations and all amendments and any successor statutes, acts and regulations. All amounts used for purposes of financial calculations required to be made herein shall be without duplication. References to any statute or act, without additional reference, shall be deemed to refer to federal statutes and acts of the United States. References to any agreement, instrument or document shall include all schedules, exhibits, annexes and other attachments thereto. As used in this Agreement, the meaning of the term “material” or the phrase “in all material respects” is intended to refer to an act, omission, violation or condition which reflects or could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect. References to capitalized terms that are not defined herein, but are defined in the UCC, shall have the meanings given them in the UCC. All references herein to times of day shall be references to daylight or standard time, as applicable.

  • Attachments means any item the Solicitation requires a Service Provider to submit as part of the Offer.

  • Rate Schedules means the schedules of EDTI’s Distribution Tariff that set out charges;

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.
