All Annexes, Exhibits and Schedules annexed hereto or referred to herein are hereby incorporated in and made a part of this Agreement as if set forth in full herein.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Exhibits, Schedules and Annexes to the Existing Credit Agreement, in each case, as extended, amended, modified or otherwise supplemented from time to time prior to the date hereof, shall remain as in effect under the Existing Credit Agreement except as expressly amended or modified hereby.
