Schedules definition

Schedules means the document(s) entitled schedules, completed by the Contractor and submitted with the Form of Tender, as included in the Contract.

  • Whenever reference is made herein to the “Lease,” such reference shall be deemed to include each of the various Schedules identifying all items of Equipment, all of which, when taken together, constitute one undivided Lease of the Equipment.
