Section 4.23 of the Seller Disclosure Schedules sets forth, with respect to each of the bank accounts of the Transferred Entities: (a) the name of the bank or other financial institution at which such account is maintained, (b) the account number, (c) the type of account, and (d) the names of all authorized signatories for such account.
The inclusion of any information in the Disclosure Schedules shall not be deemed to be an admission or acknowledgment by the Company that in and of itself, such information is material to or outside the ordinary course of the business or is required to be disclosed on the Disclosure Schedules.
