Receipt Point definition

Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.
Receipt Point means a location on the Canadian Pipeline as set out in Schedule "A" hereto at which a Shipper may, in accordance with a Transportation Service Agreement, tender Gas and includes the Alliance Trading Pool for FDS, FDS-IBR and ITDS.
Receipt Point means a point on the Network at which Gas is, or is to be, received into the Network.

  • Keystone shall endeavour to Receive for storage and carry out Delivery of a stated quantity and type of Petroleum pursuant to Elections at the Receipt Point or the Delivery Point on the Pipeline System, as applicable.

Receipt Point means a Welded Point from which a Shipper nominates to have Gas transported.
