Internal Procedures definition

Internal Procedures means in respect of the making of any one or more entries to, changes in or deletions of any one or more entries in the register at any time (including without limitation, original issuance or registration of transfer of ownership) the minimum number of the Warrant Agent’s internal procedures customary at such time for the entry, change or deletion made to be complete under the operating procedures followed at the time by the Warrant Agent, it being understood that neither preparation and issuance shall constitute part of such procedures for any purpose of this definition;

Internal Procedures means all internal Contractor company documentation (regardless of the manner in which it is held, stored or collated) which:
Internal Procedures means in respect of the making of any one or more entries to, changes in or deletions of any one or more entries in the register (including without limitation, original issuance or registration of transfer of ownership), the Special Warrant Agent’s then-current internal procedures customary for such entry, change or deletion;
Internal Procedures means procedures internal to the Warrant Agent necessary to carry out its duties as warrant agent under this Agreement;
Internal Procedures means in respect of the making of any one or more changes in or deletions of any one or more entries in the books or records kept for the purpose of indicating the registered Holder of a Security at any time (including without limitation, original issuance or registration of any transfer of ownership) the minimum number of the Trustee's or authenticating agent's internal procedures customary at such time for the action taken to be complete under the operating procedures followed at the time by the Trustee or authenticating agent, as the case may be, it being understood that neither preparation nor issuance, nor delivery to nor receipt by holders of Statements of Account shall constitute part of such procedures for any purpose of this definition.
Internal Procedures means, in respect of the making of any one or more entries to, changes in or deletions of any one or more entries in the registers referred to in Section 3.2 at any time, the Trustee’s internal procedures customary at such time in order to complete (or cause the completion of) the entry, change or deletion made under the operating procedures followed at such time by the Trustee.
Internal Procedures has the meaning given to that term in Section 2.8(b)(ii).
Internal Procedures. With effect from the date of this Agreement the Obligor shall adopt procedures within its organisation for ensuring the confidentiality of all Confidential Information which it is obliged to preserve as confidential under Clause 70.1. These procedures are:-
