Integrity Policy definition

Integrity Policy means the document entitled NHMRC Research Integrity and Misconduct Policy issued, and amended from time to time, by NHMRC "Interest" (in clauses 7.11, 14.2 and 15.6) means interest calculated at an interest rate equal to the 90 day bank-accepted bill rate (available from the Reserve Bank of Australia) less 10 basis points, on a daily compounding basis;
Integrity Policy means the Company's Ethical Business Practices Policy, a copy of which is attached hereto as Schedule 1.1 (IP), and which is hereby adopted by the Members, as such Policy may be amended from time to time by the Executive Committee.
Integrity Policy means the integrity policy of Owner in force and effect from time to time, as set out in Exhibit B or otherwise notified by or on behalf of Owner to Consultant in writing.
