Change Control Procedures definition

Change Control Procedures. Has the meaning given in Section 9.6(a) of the Agreement. Change Management or Change Management Process Means the processes relating to planning and performing all changes in DIR Customer's IT environment pertaining to the Services, including changes to individual components and coordination of changes across all components. The Change Management processes will support and include checkpoints to determine any potential or required Change Control Procedures. Chargeback Has the meaning given in Exhibit 4 of the Agreement.
Change Control Procedures shall have the meaning given in Section 9.6.1.
Change Control Procedures means the written description of the change procedures applicable to any Service Change under this Engagement Schedule as set forth in Attachment F.

Examples of Change Control Procedures in a sentence

  • Supplier shall perform such transition services as Non- Chargeable Changes, to the extent applicable, otherwise Customer shall pay for such transition services pursuant to the Change Control Procedures and the issue escalation procedures set forth in Article 5 of Exhibit 9.

More Definitions of Change Control Procedures

Change Control Procedures means the change control procedures applicable to any Changes under this Agreement, as set forth in Section 7.2.
