Notice of Election definition

Notice of Election means the one or more notices of election (in such form as the Manager may approve) which the Manager will, at its discretion, send to each Unitholder and through which each Unitholder may indicate whether they wish to participate in the Distribution Reinvestment Plan.

Notice of Election shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1C.

Notice of Election. Has the meaning given in Section 17.4(a) of the Agreement. One-Time Charges Means any Charges that are specified by the Service Provider and which are non-recurring and are typically associated with start-up and implementation costs.
