Election Notice definition

Election Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 11.01(b).

• For the avoidance of doubt, if a Tax Redemption Opt-Out Election Notice is not delivered (or is delivered but thereafter withdrawn) with respect to any Note as of the Close of Business on the second (2nd) Business Day immediately before the related Redemption Date, then such Note will be redeemed pursuant to the Tax Redemption without any further action.
