Examples of Peer Group in a sentence
The third Performance Goal (which includes threshold, target and stretch levels) (“Performance Goal 3”) is based on the Non-Performing Assets Ratio (as defined in Section 2(e)) and is measured by comparing the Company’s performance during the Performance Period to its Peer Group as set forth in the chart in Section 2(b).
The fourth Performance Goal (which includes threshold, target and stretch levels) (“Performance Goal 4”) is based on TSR (as defined in Section 2(h)) and is measured by comparing the Company’s performance during the Performance Period to its Peer Group (which is based on the ABAQ Index as defined in Section 2(f) below), as set forth in the chart in Section 2(b).
