Application System definition

Application System means all the computer programs prepared by Blue and supplied to Red under this Agreement including both source code and object code versions;
Application System means the final Product that includes substantial value added by the OEM.
Application System will mean individual subsystem or environments comprising the support systems required for the provided services as it integrates with GS1 Global Registry. “Availability” will mean Actual Uptime plus Excusable Downtime divided by Scheduled Uptime and expressed as a percentage.
