Applications Software means those programs and programming (including the supporting documentation and media) that perform in the conduct of the Services specific user related data processing and telecommunications tasks.

Applications Software means those programs and programming, including all supporting documentation and media, that perform specific user related data processing, data management and telecommunications tasks, including updates, enhancements, modifications, releases and Derivative Works thereof. Applications Software as of the Commencement Date is listed in SCHEDULE A to each Transaction Document for such Transaction Document, which Schedule shall be updated pursuant to SECTION 8.1 during the Term to reflect the then-current Applications Software.

More Definitions of Applications Software

Applications Software or “Applications” shall mean the Software that performs specific user related data processing and telecommunications tasks, and which is set forth on Schedule C as it may be updated from time to time upon the mutual agreement of the parties.

Applications Software means software systems authored by Supplier. It excludes any other software.

Applications Software will include all such programs or programming required to meet Contractor’s obligations in providing PEBA with the BAS System.
