Applications Software or “Applications” shall mean Software that is used to support day-to-day business operations and accomplish specific business objectives.
Applications Software means those programs and programming, including all supporting documentation and media, that perform specific user related data processing, data management and telecommunications tasks, including updates, enhancements, modifications, releases and Derivative Works thereof. Applications Software as of the Execution Date is listed in Schedule F (Software).

Save for additional documents created in the provision of Applications Software Delivery under CLOUD SUPPORT (see section 4.1 Supplementary Documentation below), these Terms and Conditions, the relevant Service Description, the Call-Off Agreement, and the Framework Agreement constitute the entire understanding between the Customer and PROVENTEQ relating to the subject matter, with the order of precedence as set out in Clause 1.2 of the Call-Off Terms at Framework Schedule 2).
More Definitions of Applications Software
Applications Software or "Applications" shall mean those programs and programming (including the supporting documentation, media, on-line help facilities and tutorials) that perform, in the conduct of the Services, specific user related data processing and telecommunications tasks. Applications Software in use as of the Effective Date is as substantially set forth in Schedule I.
