Support Costs means an average monthly fee for [***] ([***]) Portola FTEs (whether or not such FTEs are [***] under the Collaboration) working on the Collaboration as described in EXHIBIT D. More Definitions of Support Costs
Support Costs means all costs and expenses of Diamond associated with providing technical support to Distributor under this Agreement, including without limitation labor and service charges at Diamond's standard hourly rates, as amended from time to time, direct cost of materials, and out-of-pocket and third-party expenditures.
Support Costs means the expenses reimbursed to an implementing partner as a result of their administration of programme activities financed from UNFPA funds.
