If the Indemnifying Party delivers an Objection Notice to the Indemnified Party, then the Buyer and the Unitholder Representative will attempt in good faith, for a period of 20 days from the Buyer’s receipt of the Objection Notice, to agree to the amount of the Losses at issue in the Claim Notice.
