Mini-Tender definition

Mini-Tender means a tender competition between the Framework Suppliers conducted in accordance with Clause 3;
Mini-Tender means an invitation to a minimum of two Consultants appointed to provide Services within an Area, to submit a costed proposal, in relation to a particular project or certain type of work, to include,:-

Examples of Mini-Tender in a sentence

  • Proposals received in response to a Mini-Tender will be evaluated on the basis of price only.

  • As regards the operation of the Mini-Tender, the Framework Purchasers do not undertake to accept the lowest tender for any individual contract, or part or all of any such tender and the acknowledgement of receipt of any tender for an individual contract shall not constitute any actual or implied agreement between the relevant Framework Purchaser(s) and the Contractor.

  • The Supplier shall comply with any procedures, processes, time limits, instructions or other requirements issued by the Framework Purchaser in relation to the Mini-Tender and shall bear any and all costs associated therewith.

  • Non-Consideration of Mini-Tenders the MoJ and/or any relevant Additional Client may in its absolute discretion refrain from considering a Mini-Tender if either: in any respect, it does not comply with the requirements of the Mini-Invitation and/or paragraph 3.1 of this Part 2; or it contains any significant omissions.

  • Each Framework Purchaser shall be responsible for awarding Draw-down Contracts in accordance with the Mini-Tender procedure set out in this Framework Agreement and LGOPC shall not have any responsibility or liability whatsoever or howsoever arising from the award of any Draw-down Contract or outcome of a Mini- Tender.

  • Submission of Mini-Tenders No unauthorised alteration or addition (save for the inclusion of the relevant information) should be made to the Form of Mini-Tender provided in the Mini-Invitation or to any other part of the Mini-Invitation.

  • Neither the MoJ nor any Additional Client shall be bound to accept any Mini-Tender and the MoJ and any Additional Clients reserve the right at their absolute discretion to accept or not accept any Mini-Tender.

  • Mini-Tenders must not be accompanied by any covering letter or any statement that could be construed as rendering the Mini-Tender equivocal and/or placing it on a different footing from other Mini-Tenders received in respect of the relevant Project.

  • Acceptance of Mini-Tenders, Criteria for Evaluation and Contract Award the MoJ and/or any relevant Additional Client reserve the right to accept any Mini-Tender submitted pursuant to a Mini-Invitation.

  • The Partners should not disclose that they have been invited to submit a Mini-Tender or release details of any Mini-Invitation other than on a strictly confidential basis to those parties with whom consultation is required for the purposes of preparing their Mini-Tender.

The first Quarter of the agreement may therefore be less than 3 months. Regulatory Body means any government department and regulatory, statutory and other entity, committee, ombudsman and/or body which, whether under statute, rules, regulations, codes of practice or otherwise, is entitled to regulate, investigate, or influence the matters dealt with in the Contract or any other affairs of the Customer; Schedule(s) means any one or more of the schedules attached to these Call-Off Terms and Conditions; Services means the services identified as such in the Order Form; Services Commencement Date means the date detailed as such in the Order Form; Services End Date means the date detailed as such in the Order Form;

  • e-Tender means Bids / Quotation / Tender received from a Firm / Tenderer / Bidder online.

  • The Tenderer means the individual or firm supplying the Goods under this Contract.

  • Bidder/Tenderer means the interested Firm/ Company that may provide or provides related goods / services to any of the public/ private sector organization under the contract and have registered for the relevant business thereof.

  • Open Tenders means the tenders invited in open and public manner and with adequate notice.

  • Letter of Tender means the document entitled letter of tender or letter of tender, which was completed by the Contractor and includes the signed offer to the Procuring Entity for the Works.

  • Appendix to Tender means the appendix comprised in the form of Tender annexed to these Conditions.

  • Limited Tenders means tenders invited from all or some Contractors on the approved or select list of Contractors with the Railway.

  • Acceptable Tender means any Tender which, in all respects, complies with the conditions of Tender and specifications as set out in the Tender document, including conditions as specified in the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (Act 5 of 2000) and the Supply Chain Management of Council.

  • Notice Inviting Tender means the notice issued by a SNDB through publication in the newspapers or through electronic means for the purpose of inviting bids, or applications for pre-qualifications, or expression of interests, which may include Tender Notice, Invitation for Bids, Notice for Pre- qualifications or Request for Expression of Interests;

  • Form of Tender means the form of tender in Part C – Form of Tender to this ITT on which Tenderers are to complete their Tenders;

  • Animal control officer means any person employed by a city, county, or city and county for the purpose of enforcing animal control laws or regulations.
