Mini-Tender definition

Mini-Tender means a tender competition between the Framework Suppliers conducted in accordance with Clause 3;
Mini-Tender means an invitation to a minimum of two Consultants appointed to provide Services within an Area, to submit a costed proposal, in relation to a particular project or certain type of work, to include,:-
Mini-Tender means the Package Briefing, the Documents” Specification and associated documents relating to the commissioning of Services together with the Eligible Provider’s response to the Mini Tender; Process

  • Proposals received in response to a Mini-Tender will be evaluated on the basis of price only.

  • Such Mini-Tender Offer shall fully comply in all respects with all applicable federal and state laws.

  • A Director of the Board elected by a majority of Directors to the position of Honorary Treasurer of the Board.

  • Each Framework Purchaser shall be responsible for awarding Draw-down Contracts in accordance with the Mini-Tender procedure set out in this Framework Agreement and LGOPC shall not have any responsibility or liability whatsoever or howsoever arising from the award of any Draw-down Contract or outcome of a Mini- Tender.

  • Neither the MoJ nor any Additional Client shall be bound to accept any Mini-Tender and the MoJ and any Additional Clients reserve the right at their absolute discretion to accept or not accept any Mini-Tender.

  • Legal tender means a medium of exchange, including specie, that is authorized by the United States Constitution or Congress for the payment of debts, public charges, taxes and dues.

  • Request for Tender (RFT) means the document issued by the City to solicit submissions to provide goods, services or construction for the City.

  • Limited Tenders means tenders invited from all or some Contractors on the approved or select list of Contractors with the Railway.

  • Notice of Tender means, in connection with an Optional Tender, a notice, substantially in the form attached to the Tender and Paying Agent Agreement, delivered by a Beneficial Owner or its Agent Member to the Tender and Paying Agent, indicating an intention to tender VRDP Shares for sale on a Purchase Date pursuant to Section 1 of Part II of this Statement.

  • Animal control officer means any person employed by a city, county, or city and county for the purpose of enforcing animal control laws or regulations.
