Place the Order. An Order Number is only valid for a limited time. The Order Form for purchase or redemption of Creation Units must be sent by facsimile to the telephone representative within 20 minutes of the issuance of the Order Number. In the event that the Order Form is not received within such time period, the telephone representative will attempt to contact the Participant to request immediate transmission of the Order. Unless the Order Form is received by the telephone representative upon the earlier of (i) within 15 minutes of contact with the Participant or (ii) 45 minutes after the Order Cut-Off Time, the Order will be deemed invalid.

  • Place and Date of Closing Unless this Agreement shall be terminated pursuant to Section 13 below, the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement (the "Closing") shall take place at the offices of Greenberg Traurig, 111 North Orange Avenue, Suite 2050, Orlando, Florida 32801, or such other location as is agreed to between the parties, at a time mutually agreeable to the parties, or on such date as may be reasonably required to accommodate a satisfaction of the conditions precedent to Closing hereunder (the date of the Closing being referred to in this Agreement as the "Closing Date").

  • Open Meetings (a) All scheduled meetings of the Employer shall be open meetings, except in those cases where personnel, financial or other matters require that the meeting be considered confidential.

  • Place of Meeting The annual meeting, or any special meeting of the Members, shall be held in Nashville, Tennessee, unless otherwise designated by them. A waiver of notice, signed by all Members, may designate any place, either within or without the State, as the place for the holding of such meeting. If a special meeting be otherwise called, the place of meeting shall be the office of the Company in the State of Tennessee, except as otherwise provided in Section 5 of this Article.

  • Union Meetings The Employer recognizes the Union's interest in keeping its members informed and aware of its activities through regular union meetings. The Employer may approve the use of the agency facilities to hold union meetings. Union meetings, including general and/or committee(s) meetings, held on employer premises will not interfere with the operation of the Employer.

  • Place of Meetings All meetings of the shareholders shall be held at the principal office of the Trust or at such other place within the United States as shall be designated by the Trustees or the President of the Trust.

  • Safety Meetings At a minimum, Contractor shall conduct daily “tail gate” safety meetings with each work crew to review workplace safety and proper work practices.

  • Time and Place of Meetings The Management Committee shall meet quarterly, subject to more or less frequent meetings upon approval of the Management Committee. Notice of, and an agenda for, all Management Committee meetings shall be provided by the Chairman to all Manager Members at least ten Days prior to the date of each meeting, together with proposed minutes of the previous Management Committee meeting (if such minutes have not been previously ratified). Special meetings of the Management Committee may be called at such times, and in such manner, as any Manager Member deems necessary. Any Member calling for any such special meeting shall notify the Chairman, who in turn shall notify all Manager Members of the date and agenda for such meeting at least ten Days prior to the date of such meeting. Such ten-day period may be shortened by the Management Committee. All meetings of the Management Committee shall be held at a location designated by the Chairman. Attendance of a Manager Member at a meeting of the Management Committee shall constitute a waiver of notice of such meeting, except where such Manager Member attends the meeting for the express purpose of objecting to the transaction of any business on the ground that the meeting is not lawfully called or convened.

  • Labour Management Meetings 38.01 The parties agree to two (2) Labour/Management meetings annually at six (6) month intervals. Each party will submit an agenda, no later than 3 working days prior to the meeting, listing items to be discussed. The meetings will provide a forum for ongoing communication and the joint consideration of various concerns, which arise. The persons attending such meetings shall suffer no loss of regular pay.
