Invitation to Quote definition

Invitation to Quote means the invitation to participate in this Quotation and comprises all the Quotation Documents referred to in the Covering Letter.
Invitation to Quote means an invitation for Supplier to bid for the goods and/or services and related works required by the Council.

Examples of Invitation to Quote in a sentence

  • Minor works, as relevant, could use Invitation to Quote (ITQ) for Works acceptable to the Bank for contracts less than or equal to EUR 85,000.

  • Where this Invitation to Quote is cancelled (whether or not such Invitation to Quote is within the purview of WTO GPA), all Standing Quotations can be destroyed any time after cancellation.
