For purposes of this section ▇▇▇▇ will at no time own in excess of 1% of the outstanding securities of any publicly traded company entitled to vote for the election of directors (or other than of a corporation in which ▇▇▇▇ makes passive investments through a venture fund or similar investment vehicle) that is a Competitor of the Company or Subsidiary.
