Maintenance Release definition

Maintenance Release means any update, upgrade, release or other adaptation or modification of the Software, including any updated Documentation, that Contractor may generally provide to its licensees from time to time during the Term, which may contain, among other things, error corrections, enhancements, improvements or other changes to the user interface, functionality, compatibility, capabilities, performance, efficiency or quality of the Software.
Maintenance Release means any release of the Software which corrects faults, adds functionality or otherwise amends or upgrades the Software, but which does not constitute a Current Release;
Maintenance Release means an error correction, maintenance or emergency release of Software, including any modifications or revisions to Software which correct errors in Software.

Examples of Maintenance Release in a sentence

  • The JBE shall have a reasonable right to refuse the installation or implementation of any such Maintenance Release that necessitates: (i) re-training of the JBE’s users, (ii) conversion of the JBE’s case management system to a new platform or operating system, (iii) significant reprogramming or reconfiguration of the Licensed Software, or (iv) undesired functionality.

  • During the term of this Agreement, the JBE may reasonably request that Contractor provide, pursuant to a separate agreement for professional services at a cost to be mutually agreed by the parties, a Maintenance Release for the Licensed Software to permit the JBE to implement a new or different database platform or operating system for the JBE’s case management system.

  • If Contractor refuses to provide such a reasonably requested Maintenance Release for a database platform or operating system compatible with the Licensed Software (as maintained and supported by Contractor for another customer) within a commercially reasonable period, then the JBE may terminate this Agreement or the applicable Participating Addendum in accordance with Section 26.


More Definitions of Maintenance Release

Maintenance Release means a document which contains a certification confirming that the maintenance work to which it relates has been completed in a satisfactory manner, either in accordance with the approved data and the procedures described in the maintenance organisation’s procedures manual or under an equivalent system;

Maintenance Release means any update, release, patch or other adaption or modification of the Products, including any updated Documentation, that Capita may provide to Customer from time to time as part of the Support Services during the Usage Period, which may contain amongst other things, error corrections, enhancements, improvements, or otherwise amend the Products, but does not include any New Version or New Module.
Maintenance Release means an incremental release of Software that provides maintenance fixes and may provide additional Software functions. Maintenance Releases are designated by Cisco as a change in the digit(s) to the right of the tenths digit of the Software version number [x.x.(x)] or to the right of the hundredths digit of the Software version number [x.x.x.(x)].
