Pre-Release definition

Pre-Release shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.09.
Pre-Release has the meaning set forth in Section 3.
Pre-Release means a version or feature of the Software that is identified by NVIDIA as beta, developer preview, early access or otherwise as pre-release.

Examples of Pre-Release in a sentence

  • The Depositary may receive Receipts in lieu of Shares in satisfaction of a Pre-Release.
