Unless otherwise agreed in writing, PS Time not used by Customer within the relevant Usage Period, will expire and Customer will not receive a refund.
Customer shall have a limited usage period in which to use Consulting PS (“Usage Period”), which Usage Period varies depending on the quantity of Consulting PS purchased (“PS Time”), as set forth in the table below.

If there is no record of a journey during the Usage Period you applied for, your application shall be deemed invalid and you shall not be billed the fee for the Pass.
