Minor Release definition

Minor Release means a minor update or upgrade to the Software (including service releases or bug fixes), identified by Bosch by a change in the second or following digit in the release number (e.g. change from version 2.1 to 2.2 or 2.2.1 to 2.2.2.).
Minor Release means an incremental release of Software that provides maintenance fixes and additional Software functions. Cisco designates Minor releases as a change in the tenths digit of the Software version number [x.(x).x].
Minor Release a Release of the Software within a given Major Release that We designate through a respective change in numbering in accordance with our then-current naming convention (e.g. Release 4.2 -> Release 4.3).

  • If End User purchases or renews Support for fewer than the number of Eleveo Product seat licenses purchased by End User for End User's previous Support Term, prior to making available any Minor Release or Major Release to End User during the then-current Support Term, Eleveo shall issue End User a new license key file ("License Key File") for the number of Eleveo Product seat licenses for which End User has purchased or renewed Support.


More Definitions of Minor Release

Minor Release means a new version of the Software with minor new features and which are signified by a number, or a change of the number, to the right of the period of a Major Release (e.g., “X.y”).
Minor Release means a Product release which may deliver new features, enhancements to existing features, or performance improvements, as well as Error corrections. Minor Releases incorporate all applicable Fixes made in prior Minor Releases and Maintenance Releases.
